Experimental Study of a Gas-Liquid-Solid Three-Phase Flow in an Aeration Tank Driven by an Inverted Umbrella Aerator

چکیده

The three-phase flow in a aeration tank driven by an inverted umbrella aerator is relatively complex, including the processes of hydraulic jump, air entrainment, and sludge particle sedimentation. A test bench for established studying its influence on performance. experiment mainly studies changed law performance under different immersion depths or concentrations measures rate working conditions. results are as follows. (1) total oxygen transfer coefficient, standard oxygenation capacity, power efficiency increase with rotational speed. coefficient standard-charge capacity first then decrease depth, reaching maximum at ?20 mm depth. dynamic has similar trend reaches ?8 (2) In tank, velocity near impeller faster greater turbulence. shallow water more profoundly affected compared deeper water. (3) shallow-water varies greatly, deep-water distributed uniformly when works stably.
